kWh– (Kilowatt- hours) is a measure of energy. “Kilowatt-hour is a composite unit of energy equal to one kilowatt of power sustained for one hour.” For example, if you ran your 100-watt light for 1 hour you would consume 0.10 kWh’s since a kWh is equal to 1,000 watt-hours.
