Our 20″ single row straight 100w light bar offers a sleek, low profile design. This light throws 7,500 lumens from the top of the line CREE LED chips! The single row line comes in either straight or curved design. Some people think that the single row light bars are less bright than the double row. This is not the case. The single row bars use 5-watt LED chips and also have a projector optic on each chip that gives a 15 to 20% boost of light adding 1 watt per inch. This means that the single row light bar is giving the light of 6 watts per inch, which is equal to the double row light bar. The single row bars are popular for tighter spaces and those who wish to have a low-profile design that is also functional.
Made from military grade cast aluminum housing with a nearly indestructible poly-carbonate Lexan composite lens. Yes, we tested it! We shot at our light bar with a shotgun, at ten paces away and the lens deflected the blast, leaving only small dimples in the lens. We are confident that our products will stand up to the test of time and that is why we back them with a 5-year full product free replacement warranty.
